Who we are
Nouri Narie is a Canadian skincare brand selling direct to customers at nouri-narie.vercel.app. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Products
All prices are in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is confirmed. Product descriptions are written to the fact + cosmetic-function standard described in our brand guidelines — we do not make therapeutic claims.
Orders and payment
An order is confirmed when you receive an email with your order number (format NN-XXXXXX). Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store card details.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product becomes unavailable or a pricing error is identified. If we cancel your order, a full refund is issued to the original payment method.
Shipping
We ship within Canada only. Delivery estimates are business days and begin once the carrier has the parcel. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs. See our Shipping & Returns page for current rates and timelines.
Returns and refunds
Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method. Opened products are reviewed case by case. See our Shipping & Returns page for the full policy and how to start a return.
Product use
Patch test before first use if your skin reacts easily. Discontinue use if irritation develops. Our products are cosmetics, not medicines. If you have a skin condition requiring diagnosis or treatment, consult a dermatologist.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including copy, images, the [ ] symbol, and brand assets — is owned by Nouri Narie. You may not reproduce or use it without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law, our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted with an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
